People want to change their life, but finding the motivation is hard. A Life Coach helps the person identify the problem, find the solution and commit to action.

What is Life Coaching?
A person who wants help will book a session with a Life Coach. Sessions range from 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
During this time, the coach will focus on understanding the person's situation, what changes they'd like to see, and identifying key insights to help them feel unstuck.

How Does Life Coaching Work?
Being able to talk out the hard things like fear, mindset, goals and deadlines with someone who listened intently was awesome. Isaac provided the tools to help me stay committed even in my setbacks.

A person may be healthy overall and desire positive changes in their life. But their efforts might never work, which can be disempowering and lead to feeling defeated.
A life coach will help you process your situation so you don't feel overwhelmed anymore. They'll help you identify the problem so you're not confused on why you can't succeed, and they'll help you reframe your mindset so you stay motivated.

Why Book a Life Coach?
You can meet as often as you need to. Some people may choose one session, while other find it helpful to meet for several weeks or months.
Common Questions:
1. How often should I meet with a coach?
The sessions I offer include 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths.
2. How long does each coaching session last?
Sometimes we'll set a goal to test within a timeframe — journaling daily, applying to a set number of jobs, that kind of thing. But the client always decides the goal, never me.
3. Do I have to complete homework between sessions?
Each session is unique and comes with it's own takeaway for the client. Sometimes the take away is an important insight or goal. Other times it's a specific plan of action with exact steps.
4. Will I receive an action plan after each session?
Coaching isn't about getting it right every time — it's about understanding why you're stuck when progress stalls. We test strategies, and if one doesn't work between sessions, we adjust it until it does.
5. What if I don't make progress between sessions?
Yes, moving between topics session to session is completely fine. Over time, clients often start noticing the same patterns showing up in different areas of life — and shift from coaching on topics to coaching on the pattern itself.
6. Can we change topics from one session to the next?
Both. You can bring your own topics or challenges to each session. I also offer structured 8-12 week frameworks that walk you through specific skills and habits step by step.
7. Is coaching structured or flexible?
Yes, though it won't look like a lecture on "5 tactics for setting goals." Instead, we'll clarify the specific goals, ideas, or insights worth nurturing as they come up in conversation.
8. Can coaching help me set and achieve goals?
The simplest way is defining what outcome you want from a session, then checking in on how satisfied you feel with where you land. For clients working with me over several weeks or months, we set benchmarks along the way — I'll help you see how far you've come, what's left, and adjust the plan as needed.
9. How do you measure progress?
